Our Story
For Aaron Comes, founder and president of Frederick Lynn, an interest in clothing began at an early age. Each morning he would watch his father dress in a suit and tie for work. He even remembers how his mother would hand-press his father’s shirts every day. Between them, Aaron’s parents helped cultivate his meticulous eye and keen sartorial instincts.
After receiving a degree in Marketing and Textiles, Aaron moved to Chicago and worked for the world’s largest custom clothing manufacturer. Eight years later, having gained strong knowledge of what men want in their clothing and how they like to shop, he decided to launch his own company to fill a void in the current market place.
In the third year of Frederick Lynn (the name is a combination of his parents’ middle names) operating as a direct business, Aaron opened a 2,200 square foot showroom, allowing him to offer one-on-one appointments, exclusive amenities in an intimate and relaxed environment. Filling a niche not only as a luxury clothier, but as a lifestyle brand.
What makes us different?
Our team is small. We’re involved in every stage of the process… such as measuring, creating the designs, production, selling, fitting, marketing and taking out the garbage. When someone buys from us, they work with us.
